Average-speed cameras have fined trucks in NSW since 2010. A trial now fines cars at Gundagai–Coolac and Kew–Port Macquarie, and the review goes to Parliament in October 2026. If it goes ahead, around 30 more zones could start fining cars.

Keep to 104. The biggest thing on screen is the fastest you can hold for the rest of the zone. It never goes above the posted limit.

If your average creeps over, the whole screen turns amber and the voice tells you what to keep to. At the exit you hear your average.
